In Advanced Availability, I would like to be able to specify whether an appointment can be in person or telehealth without having the subscription.

My acupuncturist uses acusimple.com and it allows clients to sign up for a wait list for certain days if there are no appointments available. Then the system automatically sends out an email if there is an opening on that day. This feature would save me a lot of time and mental energy with trying to get appointments filled when someone cancels.

I would like to see more options in terms of the number of active clients and the associated costs. For example, I'd like to have an option between 50 and 80 active clients. It is frustrating to have to pay an extra $300+ over the 50 client tier, when I just need 55 spots. Thanks for considering.
