Play a chime or sound when participants join a telehealth session
When a client joins a telehealth session, or when we as the therapists join, for a small beep to occur on the person who was logged in first to know to click the join button. Many times clients have sat for several minutes not knowing I joined, or I get a shock when they join and start talking.
With our new telehealth solution, a sound will be heard when a client joins the waiting room. Click here to view a video walkthrough of the new solution.

When the client/provider joins the telehealth session, a flag, ding, pop-up..something to let the other person know that person has joined. At least 10 x per day, as the provider, I have to sent a message via text the states:
I am in the telehealth portal for your appointment. Click the join tab to start. With many of the devices being used, clients have to scroll down to see the join tab or are looking at other things in a different browser and don't know that the session needs to begin. They would have to sit and watch and at times refresh to see the "join" tab appear. It is time consuming and cause delays every day, in addition to frustration. -

PLEASE add this, or something that makes it possible for clients to know when I've joined and/or vice versa. It could be a chime, or you could put the "Join Dr So and So" bar that only appears when I join at the TOP of the screen so they actually see it. As it is now, if they don't know to scroll down, it's hidden so they don't know I've joined (depending on device they are using).

I agree - this would be helpful for both clients and clinicians. Several clients have asked for this.

Please consider this feature. I have several clients a week request it. It would really be a time saver!!

Can you create a function that indicates to the provider when the client is waiting in the telehealth virtual medical room?

Several times I was doing tasks while waiting for a client to join. To my surprise, I look up and they are there. A beep or chime when clients join would be appropriate. It's a good thing I don't turn on my video while I'm waiting. I did that one time and they were just watching me and didn't say a word. Not a good feeling.

A chime or some type of audible sound that signals joining in session would be helpful for both client and therapist. Thank you

a tone, bell or some gentle sound to alert when ct has joined the session- often they're running late and it is nice to use other tabs and do toehr things while waiting. an alert letting you know they've joined would be helpful.

It would be really helpful if there was a waiting room for clients that automatically joined them when the clinician signs on (or at least an alert letting them know they can click "join"). Also, similarly for clinicians, it would be helpful for there to be an alert when a client signs on, rather than having to wait on the screen.

I agree 100% an alert should be sent to the client when the counselor has arrive in the portal and an alert sent to the counselor when the client logs in.

It would be helpful to see whether or not the client is in the waiting room prior to starting a telehealth session.

Is it possible to have a feature added that would alert the clinician when the client enters the telehealth room? This would cut down on the need to sit and look at an empty screen and allow the clinician to get other paperwork done while waiting.

When a client or staff is in the waiting room to join a Telehealth session - have an alert be generated via email or in TheraNest to notify the client or staff that someone is waiting on the other end.
