hi telehealth team- it is extremely super duper ridiculously frustrating that repeat appts cannot be scheduled with telehealth session!!!! i am having to manually add 16 appts each week and then copy and paste links to clients which in times of pandemic like this where i am also HOMESCHOOLING my 3 children while working is a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME and very frustrating!! and we are paying $10/mth for the service which also freezes/times out and has its own issues- which would be more bearable if we could actually schedule with ease

Agree, this adds a lot of busywork to my practice now that everything is telehealth!

Allow for recurring telehealth appointments to be scheduled. Currently, it’s either recurring or telehealth. The option to select telehealth disappears when you select recurring.

It is quite frustrating to have to schedule each appointment, especially if you already had them set up. It is also frustrating to have to send out the link each time, would be great if they were sent in the appointment reminder.

Please add a function to allow recurring telehealth appointments. This function would eliminate some steps and keep telehealth functioning smoothly. Also, if the reminder email sent to clients could include the url of the session, that would eliminate another step.

It's very frustrating to have to schedule each telehealth session individually... it would be great to set recurring appts or be able to change existing recurring appts to telehealth series instead.

Had a client miss a session last week because they had received the "appointment deleted" notice since we had to delete their original appointment in order to move it to telehealth ... is Theranest going to discount our lost funds?? AND we received a separate negative yelp review about how confusing and frustrating all these deleting / scheduling emails are ...

SUGGESTION FOR THERANEST DEVELOPERS

It would be great if there was a unique URL generated for the CLIENT+THERAPIST ROOM rather than for the individual SESSION. That way, both parties can enter the same telehealth room every time. Perhaps recurring sessions can be scheduled this way.

It is very frustrating that this basic feature of scheduling reoccurring telehealth appointments is not available. Previously an operator told me I could schedule reoccurring regular appointments & then week of switch an individual appointment to telehealth, after lots of wasted time this doesn’t work & I’m being told this is actually not possible. Very disappointing!! Updating this feature would be tremendously beneficial to your customers!

I am trying to schedule recurring telehealth sessions, and I understand this is not an option. It takes up a lot more time to enter each weekly session separately. Also, it can cause scheduling errors.

I can't stress enough how important it is for us to be able to schedule recurring telehealth sessions. Additionally, when we send an automatic text reminder the telelhealth link should be included. Currently I have to update each week and then take the second step of copying and pasting the link in a separate email or text. Laborious.

For most of my clients I have scheduled repeat appointments, now it appeares that I need to delete those repeat appointments in order to make them TeleHealth. When I have deleted appointments in the past it has generated a communication to the client that their appointment is canceled. Although I have never been able to find those communications in TheraNest. I have frequently received calls or emails from the client distressed about their cancelled appointment. I would like to be able to convert repeated appointments to TeleHealth and make repeated TeleHealth appointments.
