    I am disappointed Theranest doesn't offer a succinct way to track refunds. This challenging season with Covid & inconsistent information from insurance companies and billing/ payment processes makes a logistical nightmare to keep a clean ledger. The fact that Theranest doesn't have a smother process for issuing refunds to clients, is a major service gap. I hope this issue can be rectified soon, so I can remain a loyal customer.
