Inability to create recurring telehealth appointments is creating confusion and frustration for clients who want to schedule future appointments but aren't getting an accurate picture of availability on the calendar inevitably leading to declined appointment requests and further explanation. It is also creating unnecessary busy work for therapists.

If we can't get recurring, how about an option in the appointment scheduling screen that allows us to copy the appointment automatically to next week? (ie: Click here to import appointment time/location/therapist with the same options to next week) That would at least save some of the trouble of not having recurring appointments.

I'm wondering if you call can make a standard tele-health URL for individual clients that repeats weekly (like Zoom's technology.) We are all doing tele-health now and will be for weeks. It is very cumbersome to send the new URL every week to clients, and many clients are too overwhelmed to log into their portal to start sessions that way.

Yes, this is going to take a lot of extra time to schedule every single telehealth session since we can't have a recurring option.

allow us to convert repeating appointments to telehealth. i can't see how to offer self-scheduling and telehealth at the same time.

This would be a wonderful time to make this a priority. Given that most mental health workers have moved to virtual therapy.

Please help us help our clients more efficiently during this time by allowing recurring teletherapy apts.

Make appointments reoccurring

There is not currently a way to schedule recurring telehealth appointments. It's time-consuming to schedule individual appointments. This is one of the reasons I'm considering leaving Theranest services.

I agree, it took me several hours to schedule and send links to all of my over 25 client's yesterday. Please work diligently to fix this because it is taking up a lot of valuable time to have to do this daily or weekly for us all! Especially during this pandemic!

I have used Theranest 4 years and mastered the helpful Recurring app't feature for standing app'ts. AND now I find it does not make Telehealth app'ts, which I must use now. PLEASE FIX this gap in your system. And quickly.

This is critically important to keep a consistent schedule with clients.

This should be a no-brainer fix. I have no intention of spending hours every week because this function is not built in.

I need to keep recurring appointments on calendar so I hold the spot but have to now go in weekly to delete and create a new telehealth appointment and send link. This is very time consuming and I believe clients get notifications of deleted appointments, which is confusing.

Please, will have to find a new provider if Theranest can't fix this now that all my sessions are telehealth.

With Covid-19 many therapists are only doing online therapy. Please please please make this change so that I do not have to schedule a bajillion appointments each week for telehealth

Hi, it would be very helpful if it were possible to create recurring telehealth appointments and change recurring office appointments to recurring telehealth appointments. Current situation is frustrating and creates a lot more busy work.
