    I would like our interns to be able to sign the notes before we do but still receive a report as their supervisor on what they have signed. Once I receive this report I would like to be able to sign the notes after they do. Currently it is the reverse order and is really impacting the turn around time we have to keep with having notes signed.

    Somehow a recent change in the client portal leads clients to no longer fill out their demographics, causing significant more work on the backend for the therapist, some demographics should be mandatory such as phone number, email, name, address and emergency contact.
