More Note Details
The ' note detail' section in the case note should have the name of the template/document that was completed. This would help us view the appropriate note type that was completed.
For example if staff completed the initial assessment the ' note detail' would indicate initial assessment was completed.1 vote -
Professional external view of appointment availability
I work with many other professionals who are need of scheduling time with me for appointments. Sometimes they contact after hours. Is there a way to provide external professionals a glimpse of my calendar to allow easier collaboration of appointments?

Add Preset Date Filters to Reports
On the detailed attendance report, can you add the following to the date range drop downs?
This Week
Last Week
This Month
Last Month
This Year
Last Year

Add option for "last X of the month" for repeat appointments
When scheduling a repeat appointment, allow me to schedule appointments for the last X day of the month (e.g., every last Monday of the month). Sometimes the last Monday may be week 4 or week 5, so the numerical values don't work.

Clear all Mental Status entries
When I've copied a progress note from the last session, allow me to clear all the prior entries for the Mental Status fields so that I don't have to remove each one individually.

Add assigned staff to left sidebar when viewing a client's chart
When viewing a client's chart, allow me to view the assigned staff on the left sidebar so that I don't have to navigate away from the chart to view that information.

Coverage Inactive status
once you update the insurance prayer as inactive it should indicate on the client's side menu that the coverage is inactive. Currently it still shows it as appearing active, so there is no indicator that the status has changed. You have to go into that part of the chart to see that.

Identify client session frequency under customized grid on client list.
It would be helpful to be able to look at your client list and identify clients as "weekly," every other week," pending discharge," etc. I know I often need to see how many are weekly vs. bi-weekly when considering schedule changes to my caseload and I have to go through and manually count them up because this feature is not yet available.

Clinic Calendar: Non-mandatory events happening
There are optional meetings we have for our clinic. For example Trauma Consultation Hour where the providers can use the conference room for consultations with each other. This is not a required meetings, but we were wondering if there was a way to show what is happening in the clinic on the calendar as well as the providers schedule. So maybe somedays they have a 1:00 session, but when they don't they know they could attend the consultation hour and see that on their calendar. So maybe come up with an optional meeting feature where it won't say "This provider…

Add Client 'Bill To' information to Export
This would be to perform a quarterly internal audit to ensure that we have a parent/guardian for [active and archived] clients under the age of 18 for billing purposes.

Batch Statements: Add a filter to allow to sort by Archived clients vs. active clients.
Add a filter to batch statements to allow to sort by Archived clients vs. active clients. When printing invoices it would be great to have the option to batch print those clients who are archived vs. those who are still active.

Multiple Payment Consent Form Storage
Theranest currently only supports one Credit/Debit Consent form to be stored on the site. In cases where client needs to update method of payment, it would be useful to have the option to save and sign more than one payment method using the tab feature.

Show Indicator in-app While In Active Session
Put an indicator (e.g., a colored dot) on the appointment in which a telehealth session is currently open. Since we are not able to open up more than one at a time, it would be helpful to know which one needs to be closed in the event that a clinician accidentally "leaves a session" instead of "ends session."

creating autofill for client payment options
It would be very helpful if you could allow users to select or create the way your autofill feature works for client payment options. For example, I use "other" for the service by which my clients pay for services, rather than cash, but I can't select a way to use autofill the way that makes the most sense for me.

Don't include DOS of initial assessment in missing progress notes report
When running the missing progress notes report, don't include dates of service where an initial assessment was completed. Our initial assessment acts as the note for that day and a progress note isn't necessary.

Client Portal Indicator During Batch Statements
Add feature to see if a client has an active client portal so provider/support staff can deselect and not prepare those for mailing.

Clinician Directory
Hello,
I'm not sure if this already exists, however, another EHR had advertised that they provide a directory exclusively for the clinicians who use their product. I would love to see a theranest directory to promote clinicians!

Add Date last seen to open case report
You should add the date last seen to the open cast report, so that we could quickly see if there are any case that need to be close or archived.

supervison progress reports signature per Insurance company
We would like to have the 'sign progress notes under supervison' be specific to the Insurance company.
We have one that only requires the clinical director to sign off in the log that she is supervising. And another that requires the signature on the note.
And self pay clients it is only required to be in the file that she is supervising and signing off.1 vote -
Add custom options to the Custom Form created
When a specific custom form is created by using the Custom form template would like the option to be able to link the Clients detail such as Name, Treatment plan, and DX to the custom form before it is placed in the Case Notes Tab.
