Contact clients in event of expiration
As a solo practice owner, allow me to enroll in a service with TheraNest so if something fatal happened to me I could know that my clients would be contacted and informed in a professional way.

Limit document access for certain users
As an admin, allow me to restrict certain client documents to be accessed by other users, or allow me to upload these documents to a different place in TheraNest. We may have uploaded a document that outlines rate information and we don't want everyone to have access to that.

Add option for 120 minute increments in calendar settings
Add an option for the calendar to remember if a staff member tends to do 2 hour sessions. The website will automatically assume its only an hour session.

Report on client retention rate
Similar to the Retention Rate report for therapists, show me which clients have only attended 1 session, 2-5 sessions, etc.

Show a preview of the summary field for SOAP notes
When viewing a client's list of progress notes, allow me to view a small preview of the "Subjective" section of the SOAP note, similar to how I can view a small preview of the "Session Focus" for standard progress notes.

Add multiple clients to one invoice or statement
As a private practice therapist, I have contracted with another agency to provide services to some of their clients. I use their system for note-writing, but do put those clients on my TheraNest calendar. Allow me to create an invoice that includes all the clients, so I can send just one invoice or statement to the agency.

Edit email headings and subject line when sharing forms
When sharing forms with a client, the email they receive has a bold heading that reads "Hello [Preferred Name]" and static subject, but they cannot be edited. Allow me to edit them because I'm not sure if I've inserted a preferred name for all of my clients and it would be easier to edit here than go to the client's details.

Adding an option to put in the apartment number
When putting in clients who live in apartment complexes, there isn't an option to add an apartment number.

View issues when zoomed in on a 13"
When TheraNest is zoomed in to help with vision issues, menu items are lost if using a 13" computer. It would be awesome if this could be addressed.

Staff Billing Reports - need to reflect accurately
When I filter by service date, for example to get an accurate account of how much money I made in one week, it's impossible to get an accurate picture, because with however you've formatted the technology, it pulls in anything I've posted during that time. So, if I've posted that I received a payment for a July 23 service date on August 17 when I search the week of August 17, it pulls in that information. But I don't want to see anything related to July 23. I should only be seeing the money I made during the week of…

Under a client's payer, allow me to include a rendering provider and supervising provider and have the invoice default to the supervising provider.
