Wiley Treatment Planner- be able to save as you go
When creating a Wiley Treatment plan it should save as you go to create a draft, rather than having to start all over if in the middle of a tx plan. I often create a treatment plan over a few sessions and it would be helpful to be able to go through and edit it before it is finalized. Right now, you have to edit and finalize the treatment plan all in one, if you get to the third page and get interrupted or feel like you need more info before you can complete it, you lose everything you have…

Open progress note upon starting telehealth session
When I connect/start a telehealth session, have TheraNest automatically open a progress note for that date of service.

use icon instead of popup to alert support responses
It would be helpful if the support responses in the "Get Help" chat did not popup on your screen. This is a workflow interruption especially during telehealth sessions. Depending upon the length of the response, the alert popup cannot always be closed out unless the session is ended. A badge or icon would seem useful and less disruptive.

Adjust Margins to Print a Claim on the CMS-1500 Claim Form
Because Medicare requires paper claims be printed and received on a red CMS-1500 claim form, and because we are still waiting to be approved to submit Medicare claims electronically, I need to be able to adjust the margins when printing a claim so as to fit within the boxes on the CMS-1500 claim form. Right now, I can neither submit claims electronically nor accurately print them to paper for submission and processing, because I can't adjust the margins to print properly on the claim form.

currency individual
I would love to have an option to change currencies based on clients. I am from the US and have some clients from there that I see virtually that pay in USD, but I am based in Europe and most of my clients pay in Euro. Would love a way to change currencies for individual clients!

Set Maximum Number for Booking Multiple Appointments at the Same time
Allow multiple booking at the same time only allows a YES/NO response. It would be great is it could say YES, and allow use to enter the number where it would max out. For example, I want to have multiple appointments scheduled at one time but no more than 5

Batch loading invoices into ledger
Hi there --
I've been enjoying Theranest for something over a year, and I just discovered batch invoicing. However, I'd already individually prepared several months of invoices pursuant to electronically uploading them to Docustream, I have to upload each month's worth separately, and I find that when I'm in batch invoicing, although I check the boxes, it doesn't allow me to batch-load the checked ones into a 1500 form. Would it be possible to create that feature, or enable something like that in Ledger, or some such? Batch-loading previously prepared invoices into Ledger would cut my time for uploading to…

Chat messages flag or star them to be able to go back to them
It would be good to be able to star or flag some chats or be able to change to unread so I can go back to them later.

Send Portal Invite Via Text Message
Sometimes email addresses get messed up and the client never recieves the portal invite to get started. Could the admin have the option to send a link to start the portal through text. This way the invite will not get buried in their inbox and they can put in their information even faster.

Notes by month
A way to filter notes by month or timeframe. Sometimes it takes some time for supervisors to approve notes to then sign them (I'm unlicensed). This function would allow us to find notes dating in a certain timeframe rather than going through each client's file.

Send portal messages to email
If a client messages me from the client portal, have it directed to my email similar to how it's done when case notes are signed.

Update Session Unit Report to match billing units
Please update the session unit report to match the units that are billed for a session. It is annoying to have to run a seperate report to find double sessions that occurred in the week.

Expand the search at the top of the page to allow me to search for an invoice by the invoice number, so I don't have to go to a specific client to find it.

Include the client's sexual orientation and gender identity in the Export Data report. We run this report a lot because it provides a lot of information in one report.
