Set supervisor requirements per payer
Allow me to select what level of supervisory review a staff member may need based on the payer. For example, our supervisors only need to cosign all Medicaid documentation.

Don't send cancellation email if appointment has passed
Sometimes an appointment may be cancelled verbally with a client, but I don't have a chance to update it in the system until the next day or two days later. When clients get the cancellation email, they get confused because they think it's for a future session (even though the appointment date is included).

Acknowledge each practice chat message
If we have a conversation thread in practice chat, each message gets marked (or checked) when I view it, even if I've really only viewed the most recent one and not the prior messages. Have it so we have to acknowledge each message individually so the sender knows if the message has been read or not.

Don't collect copays for certain CPT codes
There are certain CPT codes we don't collect a copay for (e.g., EAP benefits). Have a way for TheraNest to remind me or prevent me (and my staff) for collecting a copay if the client has an appointment with a specific CPT code.

Add practice name to all email notifications I receive from TheraNest
We have multiple TheraNest accounts and with some email notifications I receive (e.g. new practice chat messages, support messages) it doesn't specify which of my TheraNest accounts it applies to, so I have to log into each account just to find it.

Make a permission so we can have staff members only view the prospective clients list without managing it.
