  1. Email client when credit card charge is voided

    Send an email to my client if I void a credit card charge. Sometimes I accidentally charge their card and if they got an email that I voided it, then it would save from them calling me.

  2. Drag and drop files from other sources into client's documents

    When working in a client's general documents or clinical documents, allow me to drag and drop files from other web/browser sources (e.g., OneDrive) to save me a step from having to download the file to my computer first.

  4. Filter manage clients list in client portal settings

    When managing the list of clients under the client portal settings in the Organization tab, allow me to filter the list so I can see everyone who doesn't have an invite or anyone who has sent forms that haven't been completed.

  5. Print invoice with linked progress notes in one PDF

    When I print an invoice, allow me to also print any linked progress notes with the invoice line items and have it all generate as one PDF.

  6. Report on client appointments where times overlap

    Allow me to run a report that will show any appointments a client has that overlap. For example, a client may have back-to-back appointments with different providers and we need to ensure these appointments don't overlap due to payer restrictions.

  7. Take me to invoice after processing payment from ERA

    When I'm working in the ERA Received tab, after I process a payment take me right to the invoice for the client.

  8. Separate date and time data in reports

    For most reports that include a date and time, these are reported together in the same column. Have them be separate columns so the data is easier to work with if I export it to Excel.

  9. Archive primary practice location

    Allow me to archive the address for my primary practice location because when I change the address it retroactively applies those changes to past appointments.

  10. Delete inactive insurances

    If a mistake was made on an insurance that was marked as inactive an Org Admin should be allowed to delete the insurance. This helps to avoid scheduling issues as it is confusing for them when they see 2 identical insurances one marked as active and one marked as inactive.

  11. Need only one Invoice for Group Appointments

    If the extra invoice doesn't get zeroed out, Invoicing can be complicated for groups. One invoice would be great!

  13. Allow providers to re-invite clients to the portal

    As a provider, allow me to re-invite or resend the portal invite link to my clients so I don't have to ask an administrator. Some of my clients need another email sent to remind them.

  20. Don't select note type if only one available

    Remove the dialog box that has us select a progress note template. We only have one progress note template available for our whole practice so it's adding an unnecessary step.
