  1. Search contact network

    Allow me to search for people who are in the contact network for my clients. Sometimes a person may start as a contact, but then end up a client and I want to see if we've already added them as a contact so I don't create a duplicate client.

  2. Report on completion time for clinical documentation

    Allow me to report on how long it takes our therapists to complete progress notes, treatment plans, and initial assessments. For example, our therapists need to complete progress notes within 24 hours of the appointment and certain assessments within a certain number of days.

  4. Send primary ERA when billing secondary

    If I'm billing a client's secondary insurance, allow me to send the primary ERA with the secondary claim because some payers require this.

  7. Allow clients to check-in for appointments at a location

  10. Carryover address from details tab to bill to & insurance tab

    If I update a client's address on their "details" tab, allow me to carry it over or have it be automatically copied to the client's "bill to & insurance" tab so I don't have to type it twice.

  13. Indicate if no credit card is on file

    When accepting payment and selecting Credit/Debit Card, indicate if there is no credit card on file. We've had therapists accidentally select this thinking they are charging the client's credit card and then we have a discrepancy with the credit card charges report.

  15. Send portal login link with 1-time payment link

    If I send a 1-time payment link to a client, have the patient portal also linked in the email that they receive so if the link expires they have the link to the portal to log in and pay.

  17. Add contact to prospective clients list

    Allow me to add a contact to a client on the prospective clients list. I'm unable to use a caregiver's email address because they are associated with an active client.
