    There are a lot of steps to close the case. Make it easier to close and apply my signature to a discharge summary to close the case.

  4. Edit recurring event title

    After creating a recurring event on the calendar, allow me to edit the title of the event/series after. Right now I can only edit a single occurrence, but not the name/title of the whole series.

  5. Set default rendering provider for self-pay clients

    Allow me to set a default rendering provider for self-pay clients so that the rendering provider can appear on invoices. Right now I can only set a default rendering provider for clients that use insurance.

  7. Only marked check boxes should appear on Dynamic Forms

    Eliminate large spaces between sections and only show marked check boxes on Dynamic Forms. This will minimize the number of pages long a progress note is.

  8. Select which organization address is displayed on intake forms

    We have a different billing address from our location address. Allow me to select whether the location address or send payments to address is listed on the intake form.

  9. Display progress note status when creating invoices

    When I create an invoice for a client, allow me to see if the progress note has been completed so know if I can submit the claim.

  10. Add reason to the No Show Appointments report

    When running the No Show Appointments report, allow me to view the reason if one was entered, similar to the Canceled & Rescheduled Appointments report.

  13. Indicate if client wants to receive voicemails

    Under a client's contact information, allow me to indicate if a client wants to receive voicemails so if I call them I can reference this information without having to remember.

  14. Create drop-in group appointments

    We have group appointments at our practice where clients can just drop in, so it may not be the same clients every week. Make an easier way to accomplish this in TheraNest rather than having to edit the group members every time.

  16. Add individual progress note to group case

    If I see a client as part of a group, but also see them individually, allow me to add their individual progress note to their group case. I don't need to create a separate case and want to keep all of their documentation together.

  17. Require documentation to be completed within a given timeframe

    Allow me to set a timeframe for when providers need to complete progress notes, initial assessments, and treatment plans and send them a notification.

  18. Add notes to claims awaiting submission

    Allow me to add notes to claims that are awaiting submission. I may be working some claims and waiting on things before submitting and I want to notate those claims so they don't get submitted.

  19. Automatically sort staff names alphabetically in calendar staff filter

    By default, have the staff names in the staff filter on the calendar sorted alphabetically by last name unless I change it from my calendar preferences.
