    Add a "today" button to the calendar so when I'm viewing a different week or day it can bring me right back to the current week or day.

  2. Keep Signature History in Progress Notes

    I sometimes have to unsign progress notes in order to change the service location for secondary claims or re-submitting claims. When our therapists re-sign the notes it appears that they signed the note days, weeks, or even months after the appointment which causes them concerns about liability or audit issues. Why doesn't the note capture all signature activity history? Seems to me that when a note is unsigned a comment should be available to add to the date of unsigning and captured for the note history as well as the re-signing date.   3. Save payroll by rendering provider report to staff documents

    When I run the Payroll report by rendering provider, allow me to save a copy to the staff member's documents without having to save the PDF and upload it.

  7. Change client pronouns in activity log

    When a client makes a change on their client portal, the activity log entries default to the male pronouns. Have the pronouns default to the pronouns the client identifies with.

    Change the verbiage about suicide on the Informed Consent intake form. "Committed suicide" should be replaced with something like "died by suicide" or "completed suicide".

  12. Change how data is displayed in staff billing report CSV

    When I download the Staff Billing report as a CSV, the way the data is laid out makes it really hard to filter. Change how the data is displayed in this report when downloaded so I can more easily and quickly apply filters and sort.

  15. Make marital status a free-text field

    When we enter the client's marital status or when a client enters this on the client portal, make it a free-text field instead of a drop-down field.

  17. Set supervisor requirements per payer

    Allow me to select what level of supervisory review a staff member may need based on the payer. For example, our supervisors only need to cosign all Medicaid documentation.

  18. Don't send cancellation email if appointment has passed

    Sometimes an appointment may be cancelled verbally with a client, but I don't have a chance to update it in the system until the next day or two days later. When clients get the cancellation email, they get confused because they think it's for a future session (even though the appointment date is included).

  19. Acknowledge each practice chat message

    If we have a conversation thread in practice chat, each message gets marked (or checked) when I view it, even if I've really only viewed the most recent one and not the prior messages. Have it so we have to acknowledge each message individually so the sender knows if the message has been read or not.

  20. Don't collect copays for certain CPT codes

    There are certain CPT codes we don't collect a copay for (e.g., EAP benefits). Have a way for TheraNest to remind me or prevent me (and my staff) for collecting a copay if the client has an appointment with a specific CPT code.
