Customize how appointments are color-coded
Allow me to set how I want my appointments on the schedule to be color-coded. I may want them color-coded by provider, location, etc.

It would be nice to code different services and events on my calendar in different colors

It would make it much easier to keep track of paid claims by highlighting names in month calendar view a different color.

I am a counselor working at a clinic with several other counselors. We are able to color code our appointments, which is helpful. What would be even more helpful is if I had the ability to color code my own appointments in two different colors because we have offices in two different locations and it would help to visually see where each appointment was scheduled, rather than to go into the drop down menu to see the location. Along those lines, it would be helpful if the texting reminder messages could be set up specifying the location of the appointments. Sometimes my clients have appointments in different locations on different days.

I would like to be able to quickly differentiate by color type of event on the calendar such as different colors for intake appointments, ongoing appointment, and non client related event or blocked time for time off. Having all types of calendar events be the same color is annoying because then at a glace it looks like all the same type of event when one might be a consultation, 10 appointments, hour blocked for personal reason.

Please have the color coding show up in monthly view - my most frequent at a glance view - and in my google calendar, so I can see who has cancelled and open up the slot.

One big feature missing since no two way sync with Google calendar. In Google caledar admin change the appt color to yellow to signifiy the client has been checked in and ready for the therapist to come get them. We gray out appts that were cancelled so much easier to fill and see where openings are on the calendar. Having the option to change colors is much needed.

Color typing by service would be very helpful as well as to be able to run a report to show different types of appointments.

It would be extremely helpful for my assistant and I to be able to color code appointments on the calendar by service type. I know others have recommended the ability to color-code by therapist. I offer a wide variety of service types and being able to view them at a glance by color on the calendar would be very helpful.

I've been asking for this since I started using this software. I was in a very large group practice before with a much more robust software that allowed us to designate a color for different types of appointments. We did this practice-wide so that, at a glance, anyone could see if that therapist had a new patient opening weekly, an every other week opening, weekly vs EOW clients, meetings, personal items, out of office, etc. The various colors, once you get to know what color is for what, was helpful in being able to determine someone's availability much quicker. This should absolutely be a basic feature of this software. Just add a drop down choice of colors when creating an appointment. Let the user determine which colors will be used for what, including allowing us to create a custom label for each color. This really is long overdue.

Being able to see open appointments at a glance would be great. By being able to turn the open appt times a different color would be a huge help.

This would be a very useful feature that many other EMRs have already. It would also be useful to have the option of "graying out" times on the calendar that a provider is not available. This would help with scheduling appointments.

I would like the ability to color code each appointment. I use therapist calendar for everything to avoid confusion and missed or double booked appointments so I update like the ability to see the difference between client colors and personal appointments.

When viewing clients on the monthly calendar, it appears as if all clients listed were seen unless you click on their name. It would be helpful if you could color code the clients name on the monthly calendar. For example, if they canceled, display the name in red instead of blue because it looks as if the client was actually seen when they weren't.
