Customize how appointments are color-coded
Allow me to set how I want my appointments on the schedule to be color-coded. I may want them color-coded by provider, location, etc.

I agree with the many ways people are identifying they would like to be able to color code. I would also like to be able to color code appointments that are treatment plan reviews as a visual reminder to do that during that session. I found that I can create a service code that I can modify background and text color which will help for now, but a lot of work to create service codes for each type of appointment. Plus colors don't show on agenda. I would need the colors to show in both calendar and agenda.

Yes, agreed. I use different colors to indicate if session is in person or via telehealth on my Google Workspace calendar, but can't seem to do that on Theranest. Please make this addition.

SUCH AS BEING ABLE TO COLOR CODE APPOINTMENTS SO THAT NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS ARE EASIER TO SEE. WOULD HELP TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE COLORS OF INDIVIDUAL TIMES/DAYS BASED ON WHAT WE NEED TO TO KNOW ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT.

I would like to color code my non-client meetings, administrative tasks and CEU conferences to differentiate them from client meetings. (I'm the only staff person)

Use different colors for different insurance providers in calendar blocks. Either highlight the CPT code in the color or the person's name in that color.

I need to be able to set calendar/appointment entries with different colors. This will allow me to easily set colors that mean something to me like location, session type, personal or critical.

I would love to have the ability to color code appointments by type, not just by staff member. It's so difficult to look at my calendar and decipher between what's what when everything is the same color!

It makes it impossible as a visual when everything is the same color to know 1. who is an Intake, Couple, In office, Telehealth. It would be very helpful to have the ablity to have color coding for appointments.

It would be great to be able to set a color to the background in schedules to indicate a type of service or task to do each day. That way, the calendar remains open, but I am able to assign each hour a particular task/color.

to be able to make the session types different colors would be easier when looking a the month and not having to see one color which can really mess with your eyes.

I would like to be able to change the color of my appointments based on the type of appointment. For example, some of the appointments are for hypnosis and I would like to make those a different color on my calendar than a standard psychotherapy appointment.

Can we color code the appointments to keep them distinguished between therapists?

I like the idea of shading being able to shad out or show blocks of time on the calendar - for example, I'm talking off every Tuesday and Thursday mornings until end of the summer.
I also like the idea of color coding types of appointments, for example, a personal appointment would be a different color than a client appointment...90791 would be different than a 90837.

Yes! Just allowing us to pick a color for each item added to the calendar would be huge.

Allow a way to color code different types of clients. For example, I have school-based clients, regular clients, and residential clients. Basically, in general information, you could choose the color coding of that specific client to then be shown on the calendar as an appointment color.

As well as possibly shadowing out or somehow showing blackout periods. For instance, I only work Wednesdays from 10:00am till 3:00pm - so, showing a grey shade on anything before 10:00am and after 3:00pm.
As in the attached screenshot of another EHR I used in the past.
