Can you add a feature to an appointment that shows when it was scheduled? This can help us rectify discrepancies when a client says they did not schedule the appointment, and it impacts cancellation fees.

Hello. Can you add the regular email feature to secure messaging of marking as UNREAD after we read? I've been asking for this for a couple oif years, b/c it's really hard to keep track of things that come through on emails from clients. If we can't mark as unread to remind us to go back to it, then we have to create another way of reminding ourselves, which is an added step in our workflow, and redundant.

Can you please offer the option of making messages in secure messaging unread? This is really difficult, reading a message with the potential to forget to reply. Often therapists need to take time to consider a response, especially when clinical. But if we forget to go back to it, because it shows as read, it can often become very problematic, either to the client or to ourselves. I've been asking for this option that's available on every other email app, but Theranest hasn't done this yet. Could you please make this happen for us!? :-)

Please please, can you add a feature to mark emails as unread!? Need it to be able to remember to get back to people!

Can we please have the ability to mark a read email as unread? Otherwise, it's easy to forget to reply at a later date. This is important, b/c we can not read emails b/c we don't want to reply, say on a weekend or late at night, but then we'll forget to reply during business hours. Vital. Thanks.

Could you add a feature so we can mark emails we've read "unread" which helps us keep track of unresolved things w/clients.

Could Theranest please add a button to make emails via Messaging UNREAD. It's very difficult to keep track of getting back to clients when we've read emails, then have no way of reminding ourselves in Theranest to reply, especially on the weekend when we may not reply until Monday. We need it to show as "unread" to remind the clinician to reply to the client. My workaround is very cumbersome and time consuming...I end up scheduling reminders to myself on the calendar.

PLEASE ALLOW our messages to be "unread" so we can read them, in case urgent, then mark them unread so we can remember to reply to the client at a later time, i.e., if on the weekend or holiday. This seems like an easy fix? And in every other email app, this is standard. Thx.

Allow us to mark emails as unread. Really important if we're checking a message late at night, don't want to reply to a client then, but need to be reminded (with an unread email) to reply the next day. Inability to do so sometimes results in either not reading a message that may be important, or forgetting to reply.

Please allow us to mark messages as "unread". We need to read them but often go back to them to remind us of an action plan related to billing and scheduling. Thank you!

I enter content and notes to myself in the scheduling appointment block to remind myself of tasks (Tasks doesn't work for me, I need these in quick view). I'd like to suggest a feature search on the conte of an appointment block when there's a client appointment in those spots.

Copying to contacts: Instead of copying each email individually, possible to copy a string to the contact files. i.e., When I had to make a PDF of emails, I would wait until the whole conversation string was done, THEN make a PDF and put it in the contact files. And if not, as there a way Theranest can give us this option, so we don't keep putting individual emails into the contact file?

Can you add little calendar pop-ups on any scheduling date in the Disabled area where we schedule a repeating appt on the "after date" or "on date" so we can see what DAY of the week we're putting in. Days of the week on all these scheduling features is really important, i.e., also on rescheduling appts...we can only see the date and not the DAY.

Could you please add the DAY of the week next to the dates when scheduling.

Please please :-) add the day of the week to the date and time when rescheduling an appointment. The screen when rescheduling covers the calendar and if we want to be sure which DAY of the week we're rescheduling to, we don't know, and can make mistakes. This results in often cancelling the reschedule, to recheck the calendar to make sure to have the right date, then trying again. OR opening another calendar app to make sure of the right day and date. Thanks.

On the ledger, I have been missing unapplied payment credits toward client payments, bc I only see the top of the ledger (open invoices) on my laptop screen. If other people have this issue too, maybe putting an alert above the open invoices that there are credits to be applied so we'll then scroll down?

Instead of an end date or number of appointments for repeating appointments, can you add a drop down option, something like "ongoing" so we don't have to choose? We often don't know how long someone will be in therapy. The outcome of only have these two options, is if we put say 12 or 26 appointments in, or an end date, suddenly the client is no longer in the calendar and it causes issues.

Add the "day" of the week to the "date" under the Appointments page, so we don't have to toggle back and forth to be sure which "day" it is.

When we need to file emails (from secure messaging) into General Documents, one, we have to make a PDF which requires several steps to create, file, delete in Theranest, then delete from our computer...very time consuming. One, a way to file emails directly into General Documents. Two when we do add PDF to Generla Documents, it places them randomly and they are hard to then find. (I like to check and make sure it's in there by opening it, and if we need to refer to it). Can these be added in chronological order..i.e., just have it automatically add the document to the top or bottom of the list. All these time consuming things accumulate to extra hours a week. Thank you.

Create ability to color code calendar items, not generally, but specifically. For example, I add a lot of administrative tasks to my calendar to manage my practice, then delete them when they're done. Some of these, I need to stand out so I'll remember them...urgent insurance calls, or collateral calls.

I would like to color code my non-client meetings, administrative tasks and CEU conferences to differentiate them from client meetings. (I'm the only staff person)
