There are some "forms" that have information that need to be entered into the progress note also. When I copy and paste from the note pdf, it pushes words together. Also, the pdf of the note does not look professional. A different format or font would help the documentation appear more professional.

For example, some of the appointments are for hypnosis and I would like to make those a different color on my calendar than a standard psychotherapy appointment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Teresa Kleffner commentedRight now, if we set our Time Scale to 30 minutes then a client can schedule a 60 minute session in a 30 minute time block. Suggestion is to allow us to enter a time amount into Service Type so that a client can only schedule that service if there is enough time.

All of our appointments are virtual and the only option in the Client Portal is In Person since we do not use TheraNest's virtual system. Please add an option for Virtual. It confuses clients and creates more work for us. If this can't be fixed then we may need to move to an online scheduling system that better meets our needs. It is giving "manipulative" and not customer friendly.
