Customize how appointments are color-coded
Allow me to set how I want my appointments on the schedule to be color-coded. I may want them color-coded by provider, location, etc.

This would be VERY helpful. We used to use a different software in an old practice, and it was easy to see at a glance the different types of appointments. One color was used for openings available for reschedules, another color for new intakes, one color for weekly and a different color for biweekly, etc. It makes it much quicker and easier to view your calendar and quickly see where you have what type of openings or clients.

I would like to be able to look at my monthly or weekly calendar and see different colors for each service type as well as color differentiation of the appt was kept, cancelled late cancel etc. This way I could get a quick visual overview of my week/month at a glance.

I like to have my events be a different color - like grey for all users or something so we know it's not a client with a glance. It also lets me know how much free time I have with just a glance at the calendar.

Option to change color of the event your are scheduling so the calendar is highlighted with a color you choose to represent type of event. For example, scheduled appt is blue, scheduled hour "open appointment" can be yellow, scheduled time for administrative duties is orange.....

It would be great to color code cancelled, kept, or re-scheduled sessions in the calendar view

It is impossible to distinguish between upcoming and cancelled appointments in the Monthly Calendar view. Please change the color of these appointments to help differentiate some that is very important!

Can you please allow change of color on the appointments in the calendar to indicate status, such as green for kept, red for cancelled, etc.

I suggest that intake appointments are a different color than regular appointments because when we have a number of therapist schedules up, we should be able to visually recognize intakes who are coming in.

My clinic is in the trial period of using Theranest and this is one of the only features that is lacking that has us considering other options. The ability to color code appointment types for our receptionist is essential.

I would like to be able to color code appointments. Then at a quick glance, I can look at a week and see which appointments are intakes, meetings, client appointments, etc.

If it's any help, clicking on Reports (in the left sidebar) > Cases > Missing Progress Notes already provides a list of missing progress notes that is fully customizable by date range, staff, and client(s). In a real way, this list is a more comprehensive at-a-glance reminder than a calendar-based note reminder system because the calendar can give you at most one month's appointments status per page, whereas the Missing Progress Notes list is not limited to one month's entries.

This would be great -- I have 4 different types of appointments on my calendar and it would be great to distinguish them at a glance.

I'd like to have an option from the calendar where I can click on the appointment, document the session, and have a small icon/change the color of the appointment to show that the note has been completed. It'd be nice to be able to look at my calendar and know how many notes have been signed/completed or how many are left to do. It would also help with supervising students and interns to be able to see at a glance which session notes have not been completed.

I would like the ability to color code my calendar like iCal to designate meetings, appointments, lunches, vacation etc. It would be much easier to read and for our receptionist to recognize blocked times.

Appointments can be color coded by location and/or type of appointment (i.e. initial evaluation, therapy, etc...).
