Add checkbox for self-harm in Client Risk section of Initial Assessment
In the Assessment and Diagnostic tab, under the section of Risk,it would be helpful to have an option for self-harm.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update to the Risk section of the Initial Assessment which now includes a checkbox option for “self harm”.
