It would be helpful to be able to have a feature that allows one to share files with staff, such as billing. Ideally, certain files in the client documents could be shared (but not others), or a document section like what there is with clients for each staff member. Being able to send messages would also be helpful, as noted in several suggestions.

Really would welcome a way to chat with therapists or other users. It could be something like what we use to ask questions with Theranest staff (the little blue question mark in the lower right hand corner on every page in Theranest.) How about a little green question mark if you want to communicate internally.

This would be a great addition to theranest. An option to send someone else in the office a message. So if I took a message for an intern to send a message, "check call log for client x" or the biller can alert us of an issue or vice versa.
