How can we improve the TheraNest web app?

Check insurance eligibility within TheraNest

Allow for direct inquiry of a new patient's insurance eligibility. I can do this by logging in to Office Ally or the websites maintained by each insurance company, but it would be marvelous to have this capability built into Theranest.

    This is an excruciating necessity!!!!! And Every month that passes without this option being provided by Theranest is another month that the" word of mouth" option for a positive review of TheraNest is being postponed; not to mention revenue that TheraNest is missing out on. When we boast about Theranest to other providers it always ends with "Yes, as awesome as they are, they still do not have an option to verify insurance eligibility within TheraNest. :("

    I would ABSOLUTELY love to have a direct insurance verification & eligibility check button in the insurance tab. If this was added to TheraNest it would SAVE a lot of time and frustration. All other EHR's I have worked with have this function. It prevents us from having to log into Office Ally or the State MMIS system to verify insurance eligibility. Thank you

    Would love an option to pay for insurance authorizations so that as a provider I do not have to deal with insurance companies at all.

    It would be nice to be able to check patient eligibility, deductions and copays from theranest not having to go to the patient insurance sites

    We currently have to verify patient health plan information in a separate system. It would be great to have this functionality available directly in TheraNest.
