Attach files and multimedia files to clinical documentation
Allow me to attach files and multimedia files (photos, audio files, etc.) to my clinical documentation (progress notes, initial assessments, etc.).

Yes!! Please!!! This would be amazing and save SO much time retyping them.
Fyi- it would be of no use to me to scan them to the clinical documents tab- I need them in progress bites so it correlates with the visit date and tx plan. -

A plausible workaround may be to upload your documents into the "Clinical Documents" tab of the case file. Perhaps include the date in the title of the document.

I use worksheets and take hand written notes that I would like to be able to attach to the progress note for that session.

This would also be a nice feature for attaching completed therapy homework that is returned or artwork a child has done in session, etc.! Right now, I have to scan in the document and put it just in the documents section and then somehow expect someone looking at the EMR chart to connect the two by searching in both sections.

It would be the best thing ever to be able to snap a picture of the worksheet or art or whatever we did and save it directly to the progress note. Instead of having to scan it, save it, and upload it.

YES YES YES. I use a whiteboard and do the same thing where I upload to the clinical docs section but it would be SO nice to have it as part of the progress note.

I am a play therapist, I also work with teens. Parents will bring in something that happened over the past week, and I normally attach it to the progress note, since it was discussed during session. Or, when working with children, many times I need to attach something the client has written, or a picture I took of their art work, etc. It would be great, to be able to attach it to the progress note, instead of putting it in a different area.
