   Yes!! Please!!! This would be amazing and save SO much time retyping them.
   Fyi- it would be of no use to me to scan them to the clinical documents tab- I need them in progress bites so it correlates with the visit date and tx plan.

   I agree! It is very time consuming to re- enter some goals/plans that are commonly used.
