Ability to reorder tabbed navigation items in client/group cases
It would be great if we had more control over the order the tabbed navigation items, so that we could adjust how they appear under the client “notes” section in logical order or to make them consistent with our chart order.

We have release a new feature to allow practice admins to rearrange the order of all tabs in case navigation.

commentedAs someone who works under a supervisor without access to the organizer tab it would be very helpful to have access to dynamic forms at a staff level rather than through the organizer.

commentedWe would like to be able to modify existing forms to better suit our clients, and also to have them appear on the Clients/Notes tab. Last week I learned that this is not possible, but was told to suggest it through this channel. Specifically, we would like to alter the "Initial Assessment & Diagnostic Codes" form to match our former document, rather than creating a whole new form. Also, we would like the ability to modify the content of the tabs under the Client Details page so that a new custom Initial Assessment document could appear there. thank you for your consideration.

commentedIn the forms menu there are a fixed number of items and when I add my custom forms they get placed down the list in the next available spot. Is there a way that I can drag and drop these boxes so the ones that I use will be near the left the other others are elsewhere - perhaps even hidden? see "forms" on page 2 of the attached

commentedI am suggesting a better way to organize the custom forms. It is so messy and confusing having them all on the top of the client details page. Is there a better way to do this? Thank you in advance.

commentedAs the most popular item - I'm wondering why this has not been implemented or at least being "PLANNED." I was using Theranest in a group practice and as I'm going into private practice - the lack of this capability is the biggest reason I didn't want to use Theranest. I am hoping this is changed soon! Thanks!

commentedOpt out of certain features that are not used in order to make the interface appear similar/less cultured and may help improve speed.
Wish we could opt out of Wiley Notes, practice chat, all insurance filling pages (except superbills).

commentedI'd want the customizable progress note once completed and signed, to still trip the TheraNest system to say that the note has been completed and signed. I own a group practice and right now, I can only work with the progress note template, which is not exactly how I'd want it to be.

commentedI would like to be able to design several different progress notes (like a separate progress note for play therapy) and assessment (child/teen, adult)

commentedIt would be great to be able to adjust the order of the forms for the organization so that custom forms could be intertwined with default forms.

commentedWe recently started using theranest and already this is a huge issue. Please make a way to either customize the progress notes or assign a customized progress note as default.

commentedI think we should be able to rearrange the order of the tabs on the client pages for ease of use and be able to remove tabs we do not use.

commentedThis would be great! Is would also be great to have an option to insert a logo I work for the state and we have to use documents that have state logos on the top.

commentedYes please. Or at the VERY least, make the custom form tools more usable.
