Upload PDFs as Dynamic/Intake forms
Allow me to upload a PDF document and send it as an intake form so I don't have to recreate the form in Dynamic Forms.

I have several forms that I have created that I want to be able to upload straight to the dynamic form page. It takes way to long to create a form when I already have my own. There should be a way to upload a document that all clinicians can use. For example- a collateral agreement form or a role change consent form
I know this was decline in 2022 because of technology but that should be updated by now. -

I have so many state forms I'm required to share it would be so much easier to upload them and just be done with it.

I have all my own forms for my clients already made into word documents and PDFs. Allow me to upload these into TheraNest and use them as dynamic forms so I can add a signature and initials spots and I don't have to completely recreate them.

Additionally, I have created a PDF document that kind of serves as a welcome packet with a lot of infographics and tips for new clients. This type of thing cannot be recreated with a form builder. While I can think of a few alternate ways to share this information with clients, sending it to them in one message along with the normal intake paperwork would be the most client-friendly way to do it. I was going to submit this as a separate request, but it makes more sense to vote this up and comment here.

Yes, some people have spent a lot of time and/or money on their intake forms and to have to recreate them from scratch is not a valuable use of one's time.
