Have "group all appointments onto single claim" checked by default
When creating invoices, have the "group all appointments onto a single claim" checked by default so I don't have to check it every time.

This is a must for us. Our major payer discounts their reimbursement rates when more than one service code is billed. Since they are receiving these service codes separately, they are first reimbursing at the full rate, but then sending requests for the difference to be mailed back to them once they've processed the second claim containing the second service code.

It would be great if there was a default option to always check the "group all appointments into a single claim" box on invoices. As it is, I have to manually go into each invoice after batching them to click this box before batch-adding them to the awaiting submission screen. I am not sure why this is not already an option but it would make my life as a biller so much easier.

setting so that the provider doesn't have to go and manually do this every time they are an add on code
