Suggesting to add to the grid/filter on the Awaiting Submission page if the note/claim has a SIGNED note prior to submitting the claim. Or make it impossible to submit a claim without a signed note.
Thanks you for your consideration

On the new supervisors list, (List of notes awaiting review, approval, or signature:)can we add the service code, to the grid, so that I could sign the note from this page. Currently, I still have to open the note to review that the Supervisee has used the correct Service Type.

Please consider adding Emergency Contact Person and Phone number under the Staff Demo section.

Consider adding an area for Emergency Contact person in the staff member details as well as a general area for additional notes.

A function to be able for a Supervisor to send "approval requests" back to the therapist with a note with necessary corrections.

To be able to reject (not just approve) supervisory notes. Essentially, sending that note back to the therapist to edit, perhaps with a note with recommended changes.

Currently, we complete the closing note, then we have to go back out and open up the Close Info tab on the top, in order to be able to E-sign the note.
It would be much easier to be able to E-sign on the closing note in the first place. An error occurred while saving the comment Catrin Jensen commented
It would be fantastic to be able to E-Sign the closing note on the same page as the actual Closing Note. Currently with the existing functionality, we have to leave the Closing Note, go back out to All Cases, go to the top bar, find the newly added Close Info tab and there E-Sign the note. Not clear way we need so many steps, and for some less computer savvy therapist this is confusing.

We are now able to sign the closing note, however it appears a bit clunky since the signature is not on the same page as where we initially complete the closing note. We now have to backout to "return to cases", then there appears a new tab called "Close Info" and we sign it there. This appears to be additional steps that confuse my staff. Thank you for your consideration.

This has a tremendous impact for our practice and the daily operations. For a group practice it seems like an essential function. Thank you for looking at this.

Please allow for the function in the "Process Existing Invoices" tab to sort without self-pay, or with the ability to sort by "Note Unsigned", or at lease turn the Signed Note a different color (green). This screen is a bit clumpsy and awkward.
