Don't send emails for revoked intake forms
Don't send the client an email if I revoke an intake form on their client portal.

I'd be great if client forms that have yet to be filled out get automated reminders. it's also be great if when we revoke forms because they have a duplicate, that they don't get emails just from us cleaning the back end
