Decline supervisee notes
As a supervisor, allow me to decline a supervisee's notes and provide information on what edits they need to make before I sign off on it.

Have the ability for a supervisor signing off on notes to be able to send the notes back to the supervisee with comments if changes are needed.

Supervisors need an easier way to be able to comment on an intern's progress note while viewing the original and requesting edits from the intern before signing it. Currently, when a supervisor edits the note, it changes the note entirely and the intern can't see the changes.

I am unable to assist my supervisees in improving their note writing because I can't make notes on their PN and send them back. Progress notes need to be approved because they need a second pair of eyes. Sometimes they need correcting. Please create a means of communicating this on a specific progress note.

As a supervisor reviewing an intern's notes, allow me to write notes back to the intern to communicate therapy suggestions or additional information to include in their note before I approve their note.

I would like to see another option that would assist in more organization in regards to note completion. At this time, we save a note which goes to another's cue for approval. If approved, we are notified to sign and do a final save. If not approved, unless we are sent a message we do not know which notes need fixing. I would like to see an option for the person approving our notes to either approve or deny. If denied, a notification would go back to the note creator that the note needs editing. This would simply the process and create more organization in identifying which notes need to be approved or fixed.
Thank you. -

I supervise interns, I can see where this can be helpful.

Maybe I am missing this but it would be nice if there was a box on the progress note form for the supervisor to digitally sign when they have reviewed a case so there is some documentation of it.

This would be a page where supervisees and supervisors could document suggestions, diagnosis questions, and review client progress.
