Adding an Appointment Staff column to your current Payroll Report is still a great need for our organization. Please consider this request.

The payroll option was one of the primary reasons we chose Theranest. We have several residents under supervison and are unable to use the payroll feature as we are not able to filter by appointment staff.

Please HELP, reconsider this request and making the Payroll Report a feature that many of your current customers desperately need to perform their business's payroll accurately and not manually.

I've attempted downloading multiple reports and merging them together, but it is difficult to get some to link together.

Please reconsider this request. We have been requesting it for over 2 years and would save us a significant amount of time each month.

I run a group practice and my counselors bill incident to. Currently, I have to open each ledger and change the rendering provider to myself in order for them to bill incident to. Then after we bill for that session we need to change the rendering provider back to the therapist so the payroll is correct. There needs to be an easier, less time consuming way to do this.

This would help our company with separating funds for therapists in our current payroll process so we can easily match clients with their therapists when a client makes payment.

Incident to billing is a common practice in the medical community that many behavioral health organizations are utilizing more recently. In order to do it you have to bill under a licensed person for work done by a pre-licensed clinician. So the billing doesn't match payroll under the current system. If we could sort by appointment staff we would be able to use the payroll function of TheraNest. Now we have to do it manually until the clinician is licensed.

Please add a way to sort the payroll based upon "Appointment Staff". Appointment Staff is shown on invoices in the ledger. We have supervising clinicians who are the rendering provider, but additional clinicians staff the appointment. Since TheraNest currently only lets us sort payroll by rendering provider, we spend hours upon hours sorting payroll by hand for appointment staff. It would be VERY helpful if you could add a way sort the payroll report by appointment staff. Thank you!
