Document medication in progress notes
Allow me to document a client's medication in the progress note. I don't use e-prescribe, but I would like a place to notate the medications the client is taking.

This is sorely needed - we do not prescribe the meds but do need to track them for insurance reviews and our cooperation with the psychiatric providers.

How can we document medications if we are not prescribing. We need a way to document the changes as well.

Have an area for listing medication as a reminder to the therapist which medication/dosage the client is on in EACH progress note along with any updates (to be included for providers who don't have prescribing abilities to use e-prescribe).
