An error occurred while saving the comment This would be absolutely incredible. Even if the feature cost a little more per claim, as an outpatient group provider, sometimes insurances are required to file UB-04 codes.

An error occurred while saving the comment 100% agree. Most of our clients have a treatment team and we have to keep a whole separate spreadsheet by the main therapist since Theranest assigns everyone to everyone.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be helpful to upload word documents if practice is still not using the full online note feature. I agree that uploading to general documents helps, however, then you do have to search for matching notes and billing requires the verification of the note in general documents.
This would be a amazing feature - for example, you could also attach lab results.
