Multiple available times in a day
When setting my calendar availability, allow me to enter multiple time frames in a single day, such as Mondays from 8-11 AM and from 3-6 PM.

Our new Advanced Availability feature is currently in Beta! This feature allows you to create availability blocks on the calendar to specify the services you are available for scheduling at specific times and locations, and more!

I've explored Calendar Preferences and it doesn't really meet my needs ~ Acuity Scheduler does this very simply ~ you have the choice to book an appointment or you can 'block time' ~ so that a single hour this week is left open for lunch but perhaps a different hour is blocked out ~ and I can do that from the same screen.
So far I'm not finding the calendar to be as useful as I'd like it be ~ hoping you can address that quickly.
Thanks!

would it be possible to allow clinicians to book different spots of availabiltiy in a day? ie. then there could be an available time on day; say 8-9 am and 4-7 pm.

I can't believe this doesn't have more votes. This is such a basic calendar feature that it should be a no brainer. Having to block non available times as appointments is frustrating. Please fix this Theranest.

I'd like to be able to schedule multiple time frames each day that I am available for client appointments. For example: Mondays I would like to show clients that I am available for appointments from 9:00am-2:00pm and then again from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Thanks!

My supervisor uses Square appointments to schedule her clients. One thing I really like about it is that it shows only specific time slots that are available for clients to schedule. I would prefer this instead of having clients attempt to schedule at a particular time without being able to see that a slot is already booked until they receive a "not allowed" message.

Self scheduling is unusable because therapists can only schedule one continuous block for each day.
Therapists working less than full time or who have other responsibilities need to be able to split up and block our hours during the day.
Please implement a calendar feature that allows people to block out times as "busy" on a recurring or one-time basis.

Therapist that come in the morning for a few sessions, then leave, and return in the evening for a few sessions are working on a split schedule.
We should be able to open up the therapist schedules completely with an option to leave grey spaces in between the office hours for the therapist are not in the office.
For example:
Aileen's schedule is " 8am - 1pm. and 5pm - 9pm. Monday & Tuesday"I would like theranest to reflect her availability by opening slots from 8-1 and 4-9 but keep the slots between 1-5 closed and blocked off.

We need to be able to split our availability times on the calendar. We are closed for lunch everyday at the same time, but I can not block that out on the client portal for scheduling appointments, unless I go on every day individually. This makes allowing clients to schedule using the portal difficult for us.

Allow therapists to adjust availability without being consecutive hours. For example, say I am available at 9am and 12pm... right now I cannot block my schedule off to be available ONLY at 9 and 12... I have to make it from 9-12. The therapist should be able to do this right on the calendar rather than go into their profile. An interactive calendar would be helpful!

AGREE! With everyone's comments. It is EXTREMELY cumbersome to work around this, not to mention time consuming and confusing. When I "block" times by putting in an appointment as "NOT AVAILABLE," the system counts that as an appointment. For example, if I have 7 clients in a day and 1 hour blocked "not available," the app shows me I have 8 appointments that day (which I don't). This makes it cumbersome to keep up with how many clients I actually have a week. And if I don't block the time quickly enough, clients schedule there and I have to then cancel/not accept the appointment and offer other times. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I can see this was proposed over a year ago. This is my biggest concern with making suggestions--either nothing is changed or it takes an extreme amount of time to make the changes.

I would like to schedule blocks on time on the calendar that allow me to indicate when I am available for certain types of appointments and to be able to determine how much time before/after each appointment is allowed before another appointment could be scheduled. I would also like for clients to be able to click on a date and see x number of appointments are available to be scheduled on this date. Clients having the ability to select whatever time works for them in free time on the calendar is inefficient and results in time correcting the appointment times because the client scheduled the appointment for 3:55pm vs the appointment starting at 3:30pm. This creates havoc because I lose out of being able to schedule people back to back in an 8-9hr work day.

Hi team:)
I would like to be able to work a split schedule a couple of days every week. I need to be able to reflect two different sets of times I am available for appointments in the calender. (i.e. Wed 8am-noon and 9:00p-11:00p). I also need to be able to set some time slots available for telehealth appointments only. I would love it if you can add that so the interface my clients see when scheduling will reflect an accurate appointment choices.
Thanks bunches!

Yes, please add this. It is extremely inconvenient and takes a lot of time to work around this.

This could solve multiple problems in one fell swoop. I operate on a 55 minute hour. I would like be able to block several of these hours in a day, but also have other appointments (such as consultations) when I am not available.

I can't believe this isn't available. This may be a no go for me.

I would like to be able to block out multiple times during one work day. For Ex. I have class from 3-5pm, but can work before and after. How can I display that so my calendar reflects these time blocks?

I need more than one chunk of time available during the day. For example, on Mondays I am available 8-9:00 am, then 12:00-2:00 pm, and 6-8:00 pm.

We have student therapists who may need to have multiple time blocks within one day of the week. For instance, on a Tuesday, they may have 9am-10am open and then later in the evening 5-7pm open to see clients. Right now, your only option is one time block per day, which may not be as functional for all therapy clinics.
