An error occurred while saving the comment Staci Huggins commentedWe bill our clients 24hrs in advance, it would be great to be able to edit the status of an appointment to late cancel or no show without having to delete the payment and invoice. This causes us to have to re-issue an invoice and re-apply the payment as we have a 24hr cancellation policy.

I agree! We bill 24 hours in advance so if we have a late cancellation or no show, it a bit of a process to delete the payment and invoice, edit the status and then re-invoice and re-apply the payment.
