Store "Customize Grid" selections
When I adjust the grids for client statements or other reports using the "Customize Grid" dropdown, I want it to save my choices so when I direct away from and return to the page, the options selected previously are pre-selected.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! When you customize the grid in any report (including the client list) your selections will stick! No more having to reselect your preferences every time you navigate to that page! Please note that this is browser and device specific. Example: You made selections on a laptop. Those selections will not appear on your iPad. Selections will erase after clearing your browser cache as well.
Thanks for your feedback on this suggestion! If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@theranest.com.

One of the best features you have ever added, but as can be gathered from most of the comments not being able to save the configuration makes it pretty much useless. The same functionality in reports that can be printed and exported (even if restricted to admin) will be a great addition to you software.

The changes you have made to the client page are very, very problematic. The information that has been inserted next the name is not anything I need access to as often as I need access to scheduling, notes and the ledger. PLEASE, please make the customization of the grid something I can save ASAP! Because I am scheduling only Telehealth at the moment, creating a re-occurring appt is not an option (not sure why?). That means weekly scheduling. If I customize the grid, it only lasts for one client because as soon as I schedule the appt it takes me to the calendar (I don't know why?) and I have to switch back to the client page and the customization is all gone. I then have to scroll across the page to get to the scheduling tab because all the other stuff makes what I need invisible. In addition, I have to scroll to the bottom of the page in order to go to the end of the alphabet. Please add that tab to go forward at the top of the page as well as the bottom. I look forward to the corrections soon

I hate the new layout, found it difficult to use and made my job complicated! I totally dislike the extra features added.

Hello, yes I agree completely - I would like the customization to be saved so that I do not have to do it each time. It is time consuming and frustrating. It would be so much easier to just customize, save, and have it there next time. Thank you.

This change is HORRIBLE. We were not even advised that it was coming...or that it was here. The format is NOT user friendly. You give the option to Customize Grid...but no way to save it? What the heck? The former format was so much easier to glance at ......and especially see in RED the clients that still had outstanding balance....that was very easy to scroll through. The whole layout is cluttered and hard to glance at for information. I can't imagine that this change was made due to feedback from users. Please consider going back to old format. Listen to the feedback from users. I will be exploring other EHR options this weekend.

I agree!
Why would you change it so we can customize the Client list, but not give us the option to save those options?
And before this new format, every time I went to Clients, the curser would automatically be ready for my to type in a Client name (number, etc) Now, with this new format, I have to set the curser in the box before I start typing. It sounds silly, but it saves those of us who are looking up Clients all day for scheduling /billing purposes a lot of time. :(
And I really liked how the balance was shown in RED, please bring that back!!
My vote is to change it back to the way it was, or at least give us the option to save our customized grid (otherwise it is not customized)
Thank you!

I don’t need any of the extra features added. I wish we were told this was happening. I hate the layout, very cluttered. Very un user friendly.

Yes, why can’t it be saved once we customize it? I don’t see a reason for this not to be an option. I also liked the old CLIENTS tab better (imho) and I would prefer for the balance due to show up in RED (like it used to) unless there is a zero balance.

Yes Please!!! I got so excited to see that I could customize the information on the client page, it was so much more helpful than it was before! I was really looking forward to just click on that page and seeing the information I need without having to click into each client but got super discouraged as soon as I returned to that page to see that they way I customized it was no longer there. Please add a save feature to the customization!

yes we need to save customize grid or we have to change it back each client we search after it takes us to that client's page :(

I just noticed the client page has been updated so you get more details with each client. However, I don't always want any of these details, so I used the "customize grid" option but it would not save my choices. So each time I navigate to a client, I have to either scroll to the right again or re-customize things. It's actually quite a bit frustrating. Is there a way to add a "save filter" or "save customization" option that could be added so I don't have to muck around with it every time?

You changed the format without notifying us and this is now very un-user friendly. When you search for a client, you don't have access to their detail button anymore. You also can only customize the grid until you click into a different screen, then you have to do it again. When you search for a client that is archived, if you unarchive them, then you have to re-search for them again. This has added substantial time for me to access files.

Please make that we can save our own customization grid, pointless to put what you want to show only for it to default back to basic any time you go to another place in TheraNest.

Great feature, however it's practically useless if I continually have to reset my preferences

Please allow us to save our changes to the customize grid. Every time I log out of TheraNest and go back in, I have to once again, mark my preferences on the customize grid. This is very frustrating and I do not feel it is very user friendly. We need to be able to save our changes to the customize grid. If this is not somehow fixed, I’m afraid I may need to look at another company for my therapy notes/billing. I’ve always been very happy with TheraNest and it’s customer service before, so I’m hoping you can make an adjustment to this issue. I am also willing to revert back to previous format if you can do that.
Thank you,

I really really dislike this "Clients" change or "make over" and I am sincerely not trying to be dramatic. This is not how Theranest was when I paid for my subscription so I feel disappointed and frustrated . First off, you cannot SAVE the "Customize Grid" view and the best feature is gone-telling you in green or red if there is an owed balance by the client. That was one of the reasons I even chose Theranest. I could most likely adapt if I could at least truly customize my view, but I cannot. Is there any way to revert back to my old view of the "clients" section"?
