Store "Customize Grid" selections
When I adjust the grids for client statements or other reports using the "Customize Grid" dropdown, I want it to save my choices so when I direct away from and return to the page, the options selected previously are pre-selected.

We’re excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! When you customize the grid in any report (including the client list) your selections will stick! No more having to reselect your preferences every time you navigate to that page! Please note that this is browser and device specific. Example: You made selections on a laptop. Those selections will not appear on your iPad. Selections will erase after clearing your browser cache as well.

I like the new feature that allows for the client view to be sorted and filtered. This feature could be made better by adding buttons allowing the user to apply and save their preferred view similar to options for the calendar view.

On the client list, instead of showing "total balance due" I'd rather see it show "client balance due". Or at least let me change a setting to choose one over another. I can expect there to be an insurance balance due, but what I want to see quickly, is what the client owes, so that when I'm on the phone with them I can see it real quick. And can also go through the list to make collection calls to clients easier.

I agree. The fact that you can customize a grid but can’t save it makes no sense. And it’s very impractical and time consuming to change it each time.

The changes you have made to the client page are ANNOYING. The information that has been inserted next to the name is not anything I need access to as often as I need access to scheduling, notes and the ledger. PLEASE, please make the customization of the grid something we can save. ASAP!!

The new Client List is awesome, but I'm quite disappointed that it is not persistent (it defaults to a certain set of programmed columns, and I must reselect my favorite columns every time I navigate to it).

Just wanted to chime in that I'd like to be able to do this also - especially now that we can't search by phone number in the "Search Clients" field anymore.

Yes we absolutely need to be able to save our settings! Cool feature, but needs to be improved and integrated into what we are already used to. We need to still be able to search for our clients from any TheraNest page using their client ID number. This is an action that we do dozens of times a day, so you shouldn't just take it away and expect people to take three more steps dozens of times a day.

Be able to save your preferences for viewing options under the customize grid section in the client search field. We always want to be able to search by phone number.

It's great to be able to customize the client grid. I like that change a lot. But - I do need to be able to save my settings in order for it to be helpful, just like I save the settings on my calendar view.

I really like all the access we now have to clients information, but it would be SO much more helpful if we could save our grid preferences. Please add the save feature!

Could you ASK us before you make changes you think will help us that actually end up causing us to waste more time to figure out how to learn how to use the changes you make? Why not have us vote on the changes YOU want to make before you makes them. Most of the changes you make are not helpful or give us the option to use the new option or keep the old version.

You really need to figure out a way to save this new change that you did to the system. I agree with some of the other comments; I do not see this change as helpful. Why bother asking us to give feedback to a change that we didn't even know was coming? It was a poor decision. I do not like this change and will likely look into other software for my work.

I like the ability to customize the Client List; however, I dislike that the settings refresh every time. If it allowed us to apply and save the settings (similar to the Calendar's "Apply & Save Filters" feature), I think it would be more user friendly.

I would like the default client list to include Client Name and Balance due only. That will leave the tags for details , notes, etc., that I use frequently.

YES!! Please! it's annoying to spend time customizing the grid and then realize that you have to do it again as soon as you do any action that takes you away from the page. GROUNDHOG DAY!

You can DAMN WELL STOP MESSING WITH THE FORMAT during these difficult times. AREN'T THINGS HARD ENOUGH WITHOUT YOU PEOPLE DECIDING TO UN-DO THE WAY WE NEED TO WORK? I HAVE TO HAVE ACCESS - LIKE I DID LAST WEEK - TO BOTH ACTIVE AND CLOSED CASES FOR EACH THERAPIST! I HAVE TO CHECK ALL PAPERWORK SO THEY CAN GRADUATE! I AM REALLY PISSED AT YOUR THOUGHTLESSNESS.
