Send Appointment Reminder Response Notifications via Email/In App Alert
I want to be instantly notified how my clients respond to appointment reminders. It's useful for me to know whether the appointment has been confirmed, cancelled or if my client has responded with any other reply in cases of distress. I'd like to option to designate the way in which I am alerted, either in app or via email.

Please create an alert/notification system within TheraNest that is separate from the current one. There needs to be an immediate alert/notification when a non-standard text response is received that displays the client's full name. Then we can immediately look at the reminder log for that specific client. Please, please create this feature!

The existing system would benefit greatly from a simple alert for any non-standard replies. This alert could actually name the client since our SMS notifications can only give initials. Such functionality would optimize efficiency without muddying the notifications log.

Please create a notification or alert within TheraNest when a client sends us a non-standard text so we know to check that specific client's reminders log for the message. I'm paying $45+ a month for a system we created & set up outside of TN so we know when we receive non-standards texts messages from clients.
This should not be something I'm having to pay extra for monthly vs it being built within TheraNest. It's not realistic for anyone to check the hundreds of reminder logs for our client to see if someone responded to us via non-standard text.

I would like for Theranest to generate an email notification to the provider when a patient cancels an appointment after receiving an appointment reminder, not just a text message to notify of a change in the appointment.

The texting to clients and them texting us in a secure manner is great but if I text them and am waiting for an answer I get no notification that they have sent back a message. Also when the client cancels their appointment and sends us a text with a reason why or inquiring about setting up another appointment I am not allerted and miss the message altogether. Please consider adding an Alert system for us. Thank you.

Get notified when someone responds to text message appointment reminders.
As soon as a new appointment is set, a text message is sent to client with that information.

I would like it if I could get an email when a client cancels via text. The only option is for me to get a text but that would not be helpful as I do not want that to go to my personal cell number

have the system, not text my phone that there is a new message and charge me, but have a "ding" or notification pop up in the system, maybe on agenda area or something to let you know to look

We have had a few of our clients that have cancelled through the text reminder. Instead of them just replying with the #2 to cancel they add a reasoning why they are cancelling their appointment for example 2 sick. When the clients do this the notification does not show up on our calendar. I am thinking that hopefully there is a way for Theranest to override this and let these notifications come through on the calendar, because i do not go into each individuals reminder log on a daily basis to double check this.

It would be great if we could receive a notification when a client texts back through the messaging system. Right now, the only way to know is to go back to the client's chart and check under reminder logs.

not by my cell but in the system on the agenda or an icon. I dont want to be notified via cel if they cancelled or not, I want to be notified if they texted me through the system, so i can monitor communication
