    This would make life so much easier as well as allowing for check boxes for goal addressed in that session, if safety plan reviewed, if referrals made to community services (and box to indicate to who), if treatment plan reviewed, qualification for length of session

    per insurance audits, each note is required to have the specific goal addressed in that session documented, as such have a box to check stating worked on goal 1, 2 etc would be helpful.

    treatment goals if dont use a check box number the goals so can indicate by number goal addressed in progress not

    per NASW need start and end time, so should be able to change both based off actual appointment time not just calendar. ie scheduled for hour, see for 54 minutes. need to be able to put 4:05 util 4:59 end time
    also be able to change CPT code in note and link to billing and appt so dont have to go backwards.

    we REALLY need a better way to have reminders for when annual treatment plans are due even if we have to enter it manually as a reminder, so can get them done on time

    treatment plans need to be done yearly, so having a reminder show for each client to stay in compliance, same with diagnostic assessment

    Have a review section for treatment plans as they are to be reviewed periodically and way to say met goal or continue or changes etc.
