Add option to "view all" in client appointment history page
Please allow us to select "see all appointments" when looking at the client's appointments list in their profile.

    You can now show all appointments within a selected date range on one page by clicking “Show All” in the right hand side of the Appointments page. This will allow you to see all appointment results within your date range on one page, even if the returned value is greater than 20.

 commentedWhen displaying appointments history for a particular patient, currently it only automatically displays the pat month. The user must then specify an earlier date to display all previous appointments. To remove unnecessary mousing, just display all previous appointments automatically, not just the last months.

Plus, it would be nice to have as the Default a TWO month range for upcoming appointments, so that this is consistent with Client Portal in which clients can schedule appointments two months in advance. Additionally, it would be good if there was a way for clinician to make the order of appointments set for Oldest to Newest (i.e, forward chronological order) as the Default.

 commentedLooks like this has a lot of votes. But no action? I know they just changed this, but for the worse, frustrating, confusing and time consuming. So many times I'll not see a future appointment and then worry that I did not set it, only to find it's just not in the date range set. I despise that date range option. Enough to get on here and complain again.

 commentedIn the client appointments list, please list all upcoming appointments for two months ahead (not just one month ahead as it is currently), as this is the timeframe that clients can request appointments.

 I have a client that scheduled 8 appts into the future and when you look at her appointments the one is Feb is at the top of the list not the ones in November?? That does not make sense to me. Is this something I can change in my settings?

The present one that requires us to choose a date range is inefficient and I have found that often it does not include scheduled appointments that I have made even within the date range I select. VERY inconvenient when I’m trying to verify scheduling at the end of a session. Don’t see any advantages to this change over the previous one of being able to scroll through all upcoming and past appointments.

 commentedIf I could pick I'd get to see all the appts past and future on one long scrolling page like on the previous format. But a great second best option would be to see all future appointments so I know at a glance, when scheduling quickly with my client at the end of the session, how many sessions they have scheduled.

      Tina Lepage commented The disappearance of showing all appointments has created more steps/time to know what is going on with a client as far as appointments because the time span has to be typed in. The full list of all past and upcoming appointments meant at a glance I could conveniently see everything about the client! To include when they started with us, whether they have a lot of cancellations, and how many upcoming appointments they have. The best convenience for users would be the list defaults to ALL, and anyone who wants to change that can type in the parameters they want.

 commentedThe change on the appointment tab is so problematic and very inconvenient. Please consider for all the appointments to appear and if a therapist wants a date range, they can apply. Or add an all appointment option.

 commentedThe new appointment page is frustrating. We used to quickly navigate to the page to see past appointments and which therapist saw a client. Now we need to go through the effort of changing the time frame. It would be nice to have a setting to show all appointments by default or all appointments since x date because as support staff we look at past appointments just as much as future, if not more!

 commentedI agree. The default setting is a serious problem that requires many extra clicks. Checking a client's attendance record is now a multi-step process. Please change it to show the entire attendance history like it used to. Such a time waster.

 commentedWe use the 'Appointments' view for a quick look at previous dates of service. Now, however, the date-range filter begins with today's date, which means we have to go through additional steps to get to the view (and information) we want. It would be great if we could disable this function - or at least set a default start date. Thanks.

 commentedPlease update the Appointment Report to show ALL upcoming appointments for clients. Currently if a Repeat Appointment is created only upcoming appointments within 2 months will generate on the Appointment Report, not all appointments associated with the repeat appointment.
