While you are entering an insurance payment through your paper EOB forms, it would be immensely helpful to be able to enter the "writeoff" amount on the SAME screen and only have to push save one time.

As it is now, you have to enter insurance payment and press save.. Then open the same claim and then enter the writeoff amount to reconcile the claim.

Theranest should support require users to change their passwords every 180 days and prevent the "re-use" of old passwords up to the last 10 passwords used.

I agree. Also password complexity rules and password age need to be taken into account. There is way too much data here available for exfil with simple login and password.

Two-Factor should also be a recommended option.

Theranest should support mandatory "complex" passwords. Passwords greater than 12 characters in length and require the use of upper/lower case, special characters and numbers. Complex passwords increase overall security of the system.

Bump. As an information system security professional (CISSP) I second this suggestion. The data is too valuable to NOT inforce complex passwords and/or two-factor auth.

How about listing the Therapist name in the calendar field. I have 4 shades of "blue" on my calendar and can't tell which therapist is which.

IT would be nice to incorporate some keyboard shortcuts for some of the repetative tasks of "saving" on every screen, when changing some detail. Update PHone, "Save", tab... Assign Staff "Save", tab.., Enter insurance information, "save".

    A "alt+S" or "ctrl+S" would be helpful
