It would be helpful to have the ability to create a scheduling for each room in a location.

Can a Field where the Admin Staff list the different rooms to use so that staff can view what is available to use ? A Picture or list of all the rooms with labels to identify each-one. And a drop box to fill in the with the person using it with info. I may also just be color coded with person initials to indicate occupied.

Currently, you can see which rooms an appointment is in, but you can't see a calendar for each treatment room. Right now, we're using a separate calendar service to show who is in which room at what time, and I have attached a screenshot of an example. I would love to be able to integrate that and see it in theranest.

It would be great to be able to view the calendar by rooms (not just location) so that we can see which rooms are in use or not. We have more counselors than rooms, and it would help to know when a room is available when we schedule our clients.

It would be great if there was a way to look at room availability office wide. I work in an office that uses shared space so it would be nice to filter it by room instead of having to look at each clinicians schedule to see when they have appointments. It seems like it would be easy to add with more detailed color coding selections, which is another frequently posted idea.

We would like clients to remain confidential from clinician to clinician, but would like clinicians to be able to see the room scheduling.

I would suggest a feature that clearly allows staff to see when an office is being used on the general calendar without revealing a client's name/information.

This would help us tremendously in booking appointments as all 9 therapists share the use of our 3 rooms. I request that with this mode only the therapist's name is displayed for confidentiality sake since all therapist gets to see all three rooms' availabilities.

This is an important feature for group practice, especially if you only have 3 rooms available but 7 therapist. Especially helpful when you have last minute bookings.

Be able to see room schedules when using shared office space in group practices

Please make this change. It would be hugely helpful as we schedule clients to have the "big picture" perspective to see what rooms are available when rather than just getting rooms "grayed" out in the little scheduling-appointment-window.

We need to be able to sort the calendar BY OFFICE. Right now we can only sort by staff member or date. But we need to be able to quickly and efficiently see if any given office (and which one) is in use or is free to take a last minute rescheduled client.

In addition to displaying room availability, being able to organize the calendar by room would be very helpful.

Id like to see a feature that will not allow over bookings. If you have 4 treatment rooms, 6 providers and 5 appointments booked that will not work because there is only 4 rooms. Id like to see a lock feature that will not allow a 5th appointment to be booked once all 4 rooms are full.

It would be very helpful for us to see room numbers in use on the calendar. We have a problem with clinicians double-booking or not being able to see what rooms are being used and it would help if we could see the client's TN name, what room they are meeting in, & the therapist they are seeing in the calendar view.
