We desperately need to be able to specify the amount of a refund. I have to piece together several transactions to come close to the amount I need to refund and then I still end up with a small balance or credit. It's messy on our end for a multitude of reasons including bookkeeping, but it also doesn't look good on the customer end to have a bunch of small refunds trying to equal the amount they are due.

A huge complaint I have about TheraNest refunds, aside from being blocked to be able to do them right now because Vantage has a limit on how much you can refund, is that I need to be able to stipulate the exact amount of the refund. It's crazy how I have to piecemeal something together from the available transactions to come close to the amount I need to refund. It's rarely a number that I can equal based on combining several transactions and then there is still a residual balance or credit most of the time. If you guys could please adapt the system to allow for a specific refund amount, it would be a game changer. I used Square Pay for payment collection before moving to TheraNest and it allowed us to do this seamlessly.

Our team would like to be able to use a virtual screen of our choosing for telehealth sessions similar to what you can do in Zoom as not everyone has a setting at home that is conducive to providing a nice background for telehealth. We have photos of our rooms ready to use as backgrounds and would appreciate it if you could add this feature.

Please make this change. It would be hugely helpful as we schedule clients to have the "big picture" perspective to see what rooms are available when rather than just getting rooms "grayed" out in the little scheduling-appointment-window.
Can you please allow an organization to preset how far out the appointment date range shows up under Appointments? We schedule out a couple of months and each time I go to review a client's upcoming appointments, I have to go in manually and reset the date range to farther than what TheraNest has pre-set. I have asked for this simple feature change before, but yet it's never been addressed. thank you
