Set staff availability based on days/time, services and locations
Allow me more flexibility in creating my availability. Allow me to set different availability for future dates, or based on services or locations.

Our practice has been double booking due to counselors being at more than one location during the day. If there was a way to add availability based on day and location this would be very helpful and money saving.

Allow clinicians to apply setting to the calendar such that a client can only schedule in the appropriate office offered on that date.

To add to some other users' requests to edit location availablity I would like to be available for ONLY telehealth/video sessions for some of my time slots since I conduct those from home and share my office with someone else. eg I'm available for a video session at 10 am on Saturday but NOT an office session since my office mate is there from 10-12 on Saturday.

In the last two EHR's I used, a clinician was able to block out specific times for intakes versus regular sessions - each with their own color codes. The clinician was able to schedule availability in different ways than all or nothing - for instance, they could block out 10 - 1 and then 3 - 5 on the same day with hours 12 and 2 being strictly for intakes.
I think that would be a wonderful thing to have for Theranest as we could specify those times for client portal integration - allow only intakes at certain hours versus regular hours.

custom scheduling. Clients can do their own appointments, but providers need to be able to customize their schedule, open appointments week to week. ITs the whole reason we're in private practice! I dont have the same exact schedule every week and the same exact time slots- sometimes we have to take time off to see our kids game, or go to their school, to to have self care, and sometimes we want to add more appointments other days because we can. The self scheduling/appointment feature is very important and it needs to be able to be customizable in order for me to even use it. Thank You!

Do you guys have any plans to add a bi-weekly appointment option to the calendar? Many clients transition from weekly to bi-weekly, then monthly etc and the Theranest calendar only gives an option for weekly or monthly. It's very inconvenient to have to keep adding appointments manually. Thx.

I have two office locations and only have certain hours of availability at each location. On the calendar option clients can select EITHER of my offices to request an appointment. This causes headaches as I was never available at that location at the time they were requesting. I'd like to see a feature where I can link the hours available with a specific location. Essentially, adding a layer of detail to the calendar/scheduling options.

I work in two different locations (same agency) so it would be very helpful if I could specify certain days at a certain location. When updating my availabilty, I wish I could indicate which day I’m at which location so that client’s viewing my schedule can only see what’s available based on the location they select.

Thank you! I work in two different cities, Dallas, TX AND San Antonio, TX. Is there a way to indicate that on my calendar so clients can see the dates I am available in each location? This is creating a scheduling mess.

Yes! This is listed in several other comments/requests as well. It is extremely inconvenient to have to block out time when not working. This system may work well for agencies, but for individuals who do not work a set schedule this creates a lot of unnecessary work. And, it makes the schedule difficult to read.

Yes! It is very difficult to use the current scheduler due to my schedule. My schedule is different each week. A competitor of yours has a great scheduler. It includes a default schedule (like you currently have) and the option to create your schedule each day. While this takes more time to complete, for those who do not have a consistent schedule, it would be very helpful.

Yes! My schedule changes each week. It is very difficult to use the scheduler. A competitor has a great program where you can choose the default calendar, or you can go date by date and enter your schedule. It would be great to be able to schedule by the day.

I would like the option to have set hours for each or my locations so that clients scheduling on their own are clear as to which office I will be in on a particular day/time.

Differentiate between offices when clients schedule in client portal. I have two offices that I split between days, and there is an option to choose an office location for scheduling, but the calendar still shows all days.
