Incorporate reason codes on ERAs
If you could also show the reason codes for denied or adjusted claims on the uploaded ERAs that would save us from having to go back and forth to our processor. Thank you!

This would save us an UNBELIEVABLE amount of time and significantly reduce our administrative burden. This is one of our most significant complaints with Theranest.

This is ABSOLUTELY necessary! One of the reasons we sign up for TheraNest is to save time, but we waste a ton of time having to look up all the details on the actual EOB/ERA when we have to look this info up from some other source.
