    I also need to pull reports of the PHQ9, PHQ2 and GAD 7 to be able to provide outcome date. This is a trend in MCO and state requirements.

    We need to be able to collect client Data of the PHQ 9 PHQ 2 and GAD 7 how many clients and there scores with in a date range
