We would like to be able too add a new upcoming appointment with the option to print after it has been saved. Clients sometimes want a copy of their next appointments on paper so they can put it up on their refrigerator or add it to their calendars at a later time.

You can print appointment list for all sorts of things but you don't allow us to select the client we need the information for. This is an important issue that needs to be addressed. We need to be able to print our clients appointment history and an upcoming appointments list.

It would be helpful to have appointment history available in PDF like the other documents.

Need an option to print all of a client's upcoming appointments. Right now, I am unable to see certain appointments because they are listed as recurring. I have some people who request a printout for the rest of their appointments for the year, so that they can request time off of work in advance.

It would be nice to print off an appointment list for our clients. Sometimes, people like to have an actual list in their hands to help them remember appointments.

We need to be able to print out the clients recurring appointments. Right now, unless they are INDIVIDUALLY scheduled appointments, we cannot see NOR print all the appointments out for the client.

Need a report for all of a clients' upcoming appointments for the year!!!!!!! Right now, all I can print is for 60 days! This will not work for our office, unfortunately.

There needs to be a better way to print a clients upcoming appointments.

I would like the option to print out a paper appt reminder that would include: date, time, with whom, contact information - on letterhead.

Have an option to print the appointment history. The only way now is to print directly from your browser which is messy. It would be nice to have a cleaner option to give to clients.

We have a lot of families ask for a print off of all of their scheduled appts. When we go to print that list for them you have to use the internet settings to print the page. You should include a print button to print that section. There should also be an option to just print their upcoming appts. When we print off appts for these families it prints every appt they have ever had which, for some, makes for a 2-3 page list of appts that gets printed off.

Our clients like a list of all their future appointments. It would be nice to give them a nice looking copy of only their future appointments. We have clients that schedule out 3+ months at a time.
