Alert staff via text when a client replies to text message reminder
I want to be instantly notified how my clients respond to appointment reminders. It's useful for me to know whether the appointment has been confirmed, cancelled or if my client has responded with any other reply in cases of distress.

have an alert or notification when client responds to message with something other than a 1 or 2
and or if you send the client a message and they respond to it notified when they respond -

Some of my clients reply to the text message reminder - specifically to let me know if they are running late, etc. Could those messages forward to the clinician's mobile phone?

For family therapy, if one (or more) of the family members selects 2 (cancel) to the reminder text, I'd like the appt to either cancel OR - even better - receive a text alert to my own phone re: cancellation

Alert when a client sends a text other than "1" or "2" in response to a text reminder. You currently have to go into each chart, and if it's not the day of a scheduled appointment you have no idea they sent the message.

When a client confirms or cancels an appointment, the system can send an email or text message confirmation so you don't have to log in to figure out the status of upcoming appointments. It is hard to log in from your iphone because the system is not app friendly.
