Report on missing, expiring, and unsigned treatment plans
Allow me to run a report that will show all clients that have missing, expiring, and/or unsigned treatment plans.

I agree with the others that having a Treatment Plan report (with missing and unsigned options) is essential to running our practices effectively, maintaining good quality of care, and compliance with insurers.

This is a must! We need to be able to run reports for upcoming treatment plans that are due and not just be dependent on alerts.

We also need this to generated based on the CLIENT'S SIGNATURE. The entire tx plan could be completed with a clinician signature, but if the client does not sign then it is still considered missing.

Treatment plans are not valid unless they are signed. We need to ensure all treatment plans are signed by law. Thank you :)

We need a report that runs missing tx plan and/or missing tx plan PATIENT SIGNATURE report. We have to have our patients sign the tx plan and sometimes the tx plan is not done or not signed by the patient and the supervisor has no way of knowing.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to run a report on treatment plan completion dates, a report on when treatment plans expire, and a have a feature that connects session number and treatment plan completion.

I agree, it would be super helpful for supervisors to be able to run a report on treatment plan completion dates, and when they expire. Especially for Medicaid clients where this is a requirement.

I love all the reports available but would Really appreciate having a report to check on progress notes, intake notes and Especially treatment plans!! We need to get treatment plans done quickly to bill medicaid and it's hard to keep track of who we're missing without having to go into Every.Single.Client.File. :(

This would be so helpful. With a full practice load it's difficult to track who's got treatments plans and who's plans are expiring and require revision. I worked in IT and HR for 20 years. Data is not helpful if you can only enter it. To be useful, data needs to be reportable as well.

I would like to request adding the function in TheraNest to run reports on treatment plan expiration dates, as well as to run reports for when the treatment plan is due the first time around. It will be a great help to support our clinic not loosing money (when a treatment plan is late and medicaid refuse to pay for the sessions), it will also support our counseling team to be more efficient and effective while supporting our clients.

WE NEED THIS TOO!!! A way to run a report on treatment plans.

WE NEED THIS ONE! Treatment Plans are required and I lose track of what are missing. Things for billing and other matters can get Reports done, why can't this???

I like this idea as well. Would be nice if it were added to the "assessments due by therapist" report, or as a separate report all together.

I would like the ability to search for clients who do not have a treatment plan completed. This is helpful in my group therapy practice for reviewing the therapists compliance with treatment plans.

There are Report features for missing Progress Notes, but not for missing Treatment Plans or Updates. Treatment Plans (and Updates) are required by regulations and it is hard to sift every file for a missing ones. Report feature would help.

We love TheraNest and use it for our center where students getting their masters degree accumulate their hours. They are all under strict supervision and we watch to make sure notes are done correctly and in a timely manner but a report for treatment plans is missing. This function would be a great way to make sure therapists are keeping up with those since they are the paperwork that tends to get neglected the most by therapists.

a report that shows when tx plans are due and a way to do a tx plan review like with DA's vs just doing a new one

I have the same issue. Need to pull a report to see who needs treatment plans, instead of going through each client.

We need a feature to generate a treatment plan report with all clients treatment plan expiration dates and missing treatment plan, I'm having to scroll thru over 25 clients! WE need this feature. We have a missing assessment report but no treatment plan report
