It would be wonderful to be able to resend forms instead of them staying in Pending. This way clients who forget or lose it in their email inbox we can send a friendly reminder again!

Self-scheduling web button
Another scheduling software product offers a code snippet that can be placed on my practice web site. This allows potential clients to schedule themselves directly according to available time slots with approval required by the clinician:

Hi there. I love your calendar a lot. However, it'd be nice that when updating a recurring event, there's an option to "update all future events". That way, you can make changes several weeks from now without interrupting or changing events that are happening prior to that date. Is this possible? Thanks!

Drag and drop appointments
Moving appointments around from the calendar weekly or monthly view could/should be easier to manipulate. Suggestion would be that an appointment could be dragged and dropped in another time slot rather than having to delete the appointment only to recreate it or enter the appointment to change the date at the bottom.

Edit intervention list
The treatment plan intervention list saves everything people type in. Typos and all. It needs to be edited or to turn off auto save. We have many therapists and it's getting out of hand.

I wish I could keep 2 credit cards on file for each client. Some of my children have two parents splitting it

Easily see billing status for all attended sessions
We need a billing report that makes it easy to see who has been 1) seen, 2) invoiced, 3) submitted for insurance payment. I very much like the new "Agenda" pages, which allow you to go down the left-hand side and easily see who has been invoiced, prog notes, etc. Maybe this already exists somewhere in the program, and I'm just not aware. Please advise if this is so.

When I have to fax notes it would be easier to get them all printed with a print all feature instead of going one at a time.

Most of my clients do telehealth from their phone. This would be great if clients could use their phone for sessions.

Manual for all features
Create a downloadable and printable manual for all aspect of Theranest so that when something isn't known, it can easily be looked up and have step-by-step instructions with snip-it pics of what to click on, etc. Not just calendar and scheduling (it just made me choose one).
